What the application records

The form records your organisation name, location, sector, employee range, contact name, role and work email, plus any phone number, senior sponsor or message you choose to provide. It also records an application reference, submission time, review status and the version of this notice acknowledged.

How information is used

Application information is stored privately on the website host for the Starlight team to review and respond to interest in the programme. Submitting a form does not create a company account, make a payment or grant accreditation. No confirmation email is currently sent.

Keep personal information to a minimum

Please do not include employee case files, health information, grievances or other sensitive information in this form. The application is about your organisation's interest in the programme.

Storage and access

Applications are stored in a database outside the public website folder. There is no public application listing or retrieval endpoint. Authorised Starlight superadmins can review applications. Approved companies have a separate workspace accessible only to their own authorised users and platform superadmins. Account access requires a password and authenticator verification. No marketing trackers or analytics cookies are used by this page.

Before public launch

The scheme owner must confirm the legal operator and contact details, retention period, and the process for privacy enquiries and deletion requests. These details will replace this development notice before real applications are invited.
